1998 - San Diego Appraisal Inc, David Rij -Owner. Job duties were as an independent appraiser of residential properties helping with over-flow work of appraisal assignments during refinance and sales markets.
March of 1993 to Feb 1994, Murray Allison and Associates, 2550 Fifth Avenue (Mr. A's Bldg.) Suite 403, San Diego California 92130. Independent Fee Appraiser and Chief appraiser for the company with 20 appraisers under my review and training. Additional duties included assignments as a field review appraiser for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, HUD CHUMS #1095 for San Diego County.
August 1992 to April 1993, Cal Gold Services, 147 E.Grand Avenue Escondido, Ca, 92025. Independent Fee Appraiser. Cal Gold was a combination Escrow Company, Mortgage Lender, Appraisal Company and Real Estate Brokerage. Duties were as an appraiser for SFR, Condo and Income properties.
January 1992 to May of 1992, Hester Appraisal Inc, 7840 El Cajon Blvd. Suite 299, La Mesa Ca 91941 Independent Fee Appraiser. Work experience is same as above.
January 1990 to 1992 Century 21 Golden Homes, Real Estate Agent, El Cajon Cal. Assisted buyers and sellers in the market place. Due to a need for appraisers in the real estate field, I returned to the appraisal field.
January 1988 to 1990, San Diego Mobile Home Appraisal Services. I created, owned and operated this company because there was a need for personal property appraisers. Mobile and Manufactured home appraisal for loan companies. Board certified by NAMA, National Association of Master Appraisers.
January 1988 to 1990, Viva Mobile Home Sales. El Cajon Blvd. Owner Thomas Paden. Duties included listing and selling mobile and manufactured homes in parks.
1985-1988 Naval North Island Air Station, Coronado, San Diego County. I worked as a service advisor after recovering from food poisoning for less than a year. I then returned as a certified Auto Mechanic to La Jolla Cove Shell until I had health issues.
1982-1984 I was sick in bed from Type A Food Related Hepatitus caused by Jalesico Cheese Company which mixed pasteurized and non pasteurized cheese. Over 800 people in San Diego became ill. My weight loss was from 150 lbs to 100 lbs. Luckily I survived.
1972 – 1984 I worked at several auto repair shops and gas stations. Fedmart Auto Center in Kearny Mesa, California for 5 years. Then worked at several Mobil and Shell gas stations in the San Diego Beach Area as a Certified ASC Auto Mechanic over the years.
February 1980 to November 1981. Century 21 C & C Homes, Greyling Drive, San Diego. I passed the real estate exam and went to work with my stepfather who was part owner of the real estate office.
